By the early 1990s I had exhausted my interests in teh painterly blending oil paints and I began to focus my research on a cooler and more varied approaches to making paintings. Over the next ten years I made maybe a hundered or more paintings based on whatever I was thinking about at the time. Here's a selection of some of my favorites.
